Hurricane Milton, Post Storm
October 10, 7:00 A.M.
Hurricane Milton has left significant impacts in our area
Tactical First In Team (TFIT) awaiting entrance to island for initial damage assessment/clearing
FDOT Engineer must clear bridges for safety reasons prior to access (due to high winds)
Storm surge was not as high as previously expected
Widespread power outages – restoration of services to be determined
No water access on island – restoration of services to be determined
